June 8th Meeting

We are meeting Tuesday, June 8th at 7:00 pm at the Cosmopolitan’s Clubhouse. Our meetings are open to members and non members. Attending a meeting is a great way to meet everyone and learn …about our upcoming social events, fundraiser’s and volunteer work in the community.

This month we will be discussing:
1. First Citizen of Virginia Beach Dinner – last month
2. Jaycee State Convention – last month
3. ECSC Volunteer Recruitment at Ocean Breeze Water Park – last month
4. Blood Drive with Red Cross – last month
5. Clean the Bay Day – June 5th
6. Chamber of Commerce Beach Bash – June 10th
7. Fishing (Social) – June 12th or 19th
8. Holiday Party – July 4th
9. Membership Meeting – July 13th
10. East Coast Surfing Championship – Aug 25th – 29th

After the meeting we go out to relax and have some fun.

Chamber of Commerce – Beach Bash 2010

This Virginia Beach tradition is held at Neptune’s Park on 31st Street at the Oceanfront. It features business exhibits, adult beverages and live entertainment. The Beach Bash is an excellent opportunity to mingle with elected officials, military VIPs and business people from throughout the …region.

The Virginia Beach Jaycees will have a booth. Come to the event and visit our booth. We should have extra beer tickets to give away.
